CANCELLATIONS
We understand that your travel plans can sometimes change, but we cannot be held responsible for flight delays, health problems, weather changes or early departures. Since we are very limited with the number of apartments, your cancellation affects us greatly.
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel 30 days before your arrival, or have to leave before your reservation dates, the guest is responsible for the total payment of your reservation. It means that you have read and understood and agree with the cancellation policy. We rent our apartments with reservations in advance. When you reserve an apartment it is guaranteed that it is reserved for you on the dates you requested, therefore it is no longer shown to other people.
